1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Universal Phoenix Fitness website, booking a consultation, or engaging our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide online coaching services including consultations, training programs, and supporting content. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are described at booking or in your coaching agreement.
3. Health Disclaimer
Our services are for general fitness and lifestyle coaching purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle program. You participate at your own risk.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Consultation slots are reserved on a first-come basis. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in a forfeited slot or fee.
5. Payments & Refunds
Fees, billing cycles, and refund eligibility are described at the time of purchase or in your coaching agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, follow program guidance honestly, and communicate any health conditions or limitations relevant to your training.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and within coaching materials — including text, graphics, logos, programs, and videos — is owned by Universal Phoenix Fitness or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to harass, defame, or harm others.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universal Phoenix Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
